Pinakikinabangan ang malamig na klima sa taas na 914.4 metro above sea level, ang Awana Hotel ay nag-aalok ng nakaka-relax na stay kasama ng outdoor pool at fitness facilities.

Isang oras at 30 minutong biyahe ang accommodation mula sa Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Madali itong mapupuntahan mula sa mga attraction katulad ng Goh Tong Jaya.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Special Notice:
-A landslide has occurred at Hole 11 area at Resorts World Awana Golf Course. The Golf Course is currently closed until further notice.
-The golf course is under renovation until further notice. However, 9-hole games are still available.
-Wawasan 2020 Grand Ballroom is temporarily closed for upgrading works until further notice. However other hotel facilities are still operating as usual.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.
This hotel is providing a free cable car tickets to our guests. FREE Return Awana Skyway tickets:
Entitlement : Free 1 (one) return (to-and-fro) Skyway ticket per room irrespective of number of staying nights.
Validity : 26 Sep 2022 onwards until further notice
Redemption : Please approach Front Office to redeem the ticket upon check-in.

What was the highlight of Resorts World Awana
Good
The ambiance and room are fantastic. The newly refurbished Awana is totally different from previously. Hotel's breakfast was so so, the variation of food was not that much. The staff at Jom Makan Awana especially Aina was so helpful. We wanted to celebrate my son's birthday during breakfast and Aina helped to assist and makes my boy so happy that morning! Kudos to Aina and team.
The reception staffs at the check in counter were overwhelmed by the amount of guest during that day. We waited for 1.5 hours before we were able to check in to our room. It was totally understandable that check in time was at 3 pm. However guest that came later than us got their room already. It was totally a disappointing as my kids were already restless. I would rate 1/5 for the check in process.

1. Even we book 4 people they only give breakfast 2 people 2. Breakfast not so great 3. Room service response not great , we have informed day-1 fridge not working and never replaced and my 1 kg birthday cake spoiled
